I am a global human passionate about creating pockets of possibility & emergence through deeper & subtler levels of embodiment in the body. Presently living in London, I am also a Sexuality & Internal Arts Coach (Sexual Shamanic, Somatic, Esoteric, & Taoist Internal Arts modalities), International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) Faculty, Native Non-Dual Tantrik Educator, a Creative Activist, and a Dancer. I am fascinated by the paradox of using language to verbalize & describe embodied experiences & on the other side, reinforcing the potency of using bottom up (i.e body to mind) languaging approaches, listening to body, giving time & allowing the body to unwind pain, anxiety, stress or micro-traumas in complement with top down approaches (i.e mind-to-body). I grew up in India & lived there till the age of 23. I have spent the last 15 years facilitating, teaching & living in different parts of Europe (Belgium, Sweden & UK), Asia, & South America. I speak 7 languages including Swedish, Spanish, Hindi, and Sanskrit, the source language used in root Tantrik texts. Understanding and translating somatic practices from key root Tantrik texts is a deep personal area of interest & also source of joy. I’m also passionate about supporting individuals to explore specificities of state & body awareness, embodiment (physical, emotional, energetic, and soul), integrating spirituality & sexuality, accessing personal power, & somatically, emotionally & intimately moving from self-limitation to deeper self-claiming & expression, while accessing more "pleasure" in the body.
