Dear Tango friends,
I am sure you are missing dancing as much as I am.
I am missing the connection, the flow and feeling of being alive in the awesome moments shared on the dance floor.
The smiles, the explorations and all the fun that comes with it.
I am a Soma Breathwork facilitator and I have designed a special Breath session to the theme of tango music.
I would like to invite you all to my Saturday Soma Breath Milonga.
Soma Breath is an amazing simple tool to reach deep meditative flow states and a profound connection to our deepest sense of self.
At the beginning of the Milonga I will teach you the very simple breathing techniques and then we will breath together to the music.
This will be a monthly event and I am offering this first one free of charge
Register at link below, (regester early as numbers are limited.)
Soma breath is a powerful meditation technique that uses guided breath sequences to reach deep meditative states. It has been designed by Niraj Naik, a trained pharmacist, using ancient yogic breathing methods which are adapted into a simple and effective program without the requirement for any prior training. All the exercises are based on sound scientific studies which validate the effectiveness of the program.
Our breath has powerful transformational potential when it is brought under our conscious control. Soma breath uses breathing to musical beats as a tool to entrain the entire body physiology into rhythmical coherence. It combines rhythmical sections with breath holding phases which stimulate heightened states of consciousness opening the portal into depths of calmness and coherence which are often unavailable in our normal daily life routines.
The practice can be oriented to enhance physical abilities, improve health and immune function, improve cognitive ability and concentration, and improved psycho-emotionally states.
What you need to do to attend!:
Regester at the link above.
You will need a reasonable internet connection and some speakers or comfortable headphones to make the most of the experience.
Please join 5 min early so we can all begin on time.
I will be locking the meeting after we have started as sometimes late entries can disturb the technical set up.
Please read this carefully as this is a list of counter indications for some elements of the session.
If you have any of those conditions please email me before and I will advise you regarding and adapted program for the session that meets your specific needs.
