SOMA WORKSHOPS Body, Movement & Contact Improvisation Research. Taller ‘Material de la Columna y Espirales de Movimiento’ con Félix Arjona. En Soma Lab queremos seguir activos a través de diferentes propuestas para la investigación del cuerpo, el movimiento y el contact improvisation. Para esta ocasión, realizamos esta actividad en formato taller intensivo. En 'Material de la columna y espirales de movimiento', revisaremos y profundizaremos en una versión del estudio que llevara a cabo Steve Paxton. Para ello, exploraremos durante 6 horas + 1 jam, material de la columna (SP), junto a otras dinámicas como Katsugen Undo. Nos adentraremos en las espirales de nuestro cuerpo como impulsores de nuestro movimiento, caminos para entrar y salir del suelo y del cuerpo del compañero y expandir nuestras formas de contacto. Fecha: Sábado 14, Diciembre. Horario: 8 horas, con una pausa de comida. Lugar: Sala Zm, Pasaje Mallol 20, Sevilla. Coste: 45€ / 40€ (antes del 31 Nov o si has realizado antes una actividad con Félix). In Soma Lab, we want to remain active through different proposals for body research, movement, and contact improvisation. For this occasion, we carry out this activity in an intensive workshop format. In 'Material for the spine and spirals of movement', we will review and deepen in a version of the study that will be carried out by Steve Paxton. To do this, we will explore for 6 hours + 1 jam, material for the spine (SP), along with other dynamics such as Katsugen Undo. Arjona Conejero Actualmente esta trabajando con Natalia Jiménez Gallardo en el proyecto artístico y pedagógico 'Propiamol. Una práctica compartida del amor propio', como taller de prevención de la violencia sexual a través de la danza, y preparan el curso de formación en danza contact improvisation para lxs alumnxs de danza contemporánea del Conservatorio profesional de danza 'Antonio Ruiz Soler de Sevilla'. Artista multidisciplinar, bailarín y coreógrafo. Terapeuta y arteterapeuta Gestalt y corporal. Docente de danza contemporánea y contact improvisation. Su ex​periencia profesional comienza hace 20 años como artista plástico autodidacta. En 2004 comienza su formación de 3 años en el Centro Andaluz de Danza. Un año más tarde obtiene una beca en la Escuela de Danza, Endanza, Sevilla, y en 2007, se traslada a Berlín para obtener un título en Danza Contemporánea e Interpretación en TanzAkad. Balance 1. Aquí se especializa en Interpretación y Contact Improvisation (CI) obteniendo una experiencia significativa en la integración del Butoh y CI, junto al colectivo 'OGM' con creaciones como Lager, Yellow Monday, Brandscapes, Party?...Like it., y Welcome to Europe with AADK's, los proyectos en solitario ‘The Time Machina’ y ‘The Cabine’. ​En 2011 vuelva a España y se sigue formando con Guillermo Weickert, Juan Luis Matilla, Alvaro Frutos, Bárbara Sanchez, Horacio Macuacua, Natalia Jiménez Gallardo, y más recientemente con el coreógrafo Francisco Camacho en Projecto de Danza Eira, Lisboa. Particularmente en CI con Danni y Ecki, Christiane Boullosa, Bruno Caverna, Karl Frost, Otto Akanen, Alyssa Lines, Asaf Bachrach, Linda Bufali, Charlie Morrisey, Sveta Bird, entre otros. Desde el 2011 hasta el 2015, estuve bailando y actuando en varios proyectos como ‘Microegos en Privado’, ‘La Mujer del Pescador’, ‘BLN’, ‘Lo Que Toca’, ‘El Cabrón Mas Fuerte’ o ‘Instead of Allowing Some Thing...’ de Tino Seghal, CAAC. Sevilla. En 2014 recibe el Premio del Jurado en el 2º Certamen de Capsulas Festival ‘feSt’ por ‘Medio Lleno’. Desde 2011 mantiene activa la comunidad de Contact Improvisation en Sevilla, y participa como docente en festivales, encuentros, centros educativos e instituciones en Europa y Latinoamérica, como la Universidad Pablo Olavide (MAES y Master de Arteterapia), el Conservatorio Superior de Danza Antonio Ruiz Soler, las Cías. DanzaUna y Danza Abierta en la Universidad de Costa Rica, Desert Contact Almeria, Asturias Contact Festival, Contact & Flow Andalucía, Cardedeu Contact Festival o Luz del Sur o Soma Lab 2019. Su labor actual está enfocada la docencia de la Danza Contemporánea y Contact Improvisation, la facilitación de Círculos de Hombres y en el estudio de la experiencia corporal y sensorial, la experiencia somática, la creatividad y la expresión artística, aplicado a la Salud y los Cuidados Comunes. La artes escénicas y expresivas como herramientas de Comunicación No Verbal, que proveen de una información psicoemocional que favorece el diálogo, la empatía y contacto necesario para unas relaciones personales y sociales saludables.
