With over almost 20 years of experience in music and embodiment practices, Christian weaves elements of world rhythms, downtempo bass, and sacred soundscapes to invite dancers into deep presence, liberation, and inner harmony. Gloria (Glow Ríe) is a passionate mover and connection enthusiast. With a background in contemporary dance, authentic relating, and somatic exploration, she fell in love with Contact Improvisation a few years ago and hasn’t stopped rolling since. She has traveled through communities around the world, sharing and learning this beautiful practice. As a 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘉𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘵 facilitator, she creates grounded and playful spaces where you can move, feel, and connect from a real and juicy place — feet on the ground, heart wide open!
