Somatic Dance

💫INVITATION TO MOVE💫 LadyFem and The Oracle (Sarsha Hope) invite you to our dance offering in Mt Eden as part of the Auckland Somatic Dance Collective. LadyFem will be facilitating as she steps away from her usual home behind the decks and Sarsha will also be changing things up - The Oracle will be curating the soundscape to guide this unique offering and collaboration. Somatic Dance is a guided free form movement journey, held in a non-judgemental space where all of you is welcome. No prior dance experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome. Come and move your body to the rhythm of you, ready to deepen your connection with yourself and others. The recipe is simple: No booze, shoes or talking in the dance, epic music and a beautiful group of humans. Fully embody your truest expression, releasing stuck energies and allowing movement out of the mind and into the body. Wear clothes you are comfortable moving in (layers are great), bring a drink bottle and a drop or two of curiosity! She is a certified Somatic Dance Facilitator and Traditional Tantric practitioner. A dance floor activator and container creator; she invites others into a fuller, more authentic expression of themselves. Her desire is to support and inspire you into deeper knowing of yourself as the radiant being you are. The Oracle, Soundscape Creatrix Sarsha is a teacher of teachers and has over 20 years experience as a facilitator, yoga teacher, embodiment guide and ecstatic dance space holder. She has held many teacher training's, retreats and workshops here in Aotearoa and overseas and has a gift of bringing people into connection with themselves, each other and the earth. Sarsha creates brave, tender, inclusive, safe and fun spaces for our hearts to unfold, heal and embrace our most empowered soul self.
