🌟 Discover the Elegance of Son Cubano! 🌟 🌟 Master the Roots of Salsa with Son Cubano Choreo! 🌟 Step into the soul of Cuban music and dance with our Son Cubano Choreo Series! 🕺💃 Starting off on Thursday 8th of May 2025 at 19h, this 10-class series is your chance to learn the iconic dance that gave birth to salsa! Combine both classes to dive deeper into Cuban dance culture! ✨ What is Son Cubano? Son is a traditional Cuban partner dance, originating in the eastern provinces of Cuba in the late 19th century. By the 1930s, it had become Cuba’s national rhythm and dance, blending West African, Hispanic, and local creole influences. Renowned for its elegance and sophistication, Son is danced contra-tiempo, with a slower, more refined style than contemporary salsa. 🌿🎶 ✨️ Little info about this course: By now, the rhythms of Son are no secret to you anymore; you are able to dance some elegant Son figures starting on count 2. A hat and a classy shirt, or a stylish dress, became your new friends. 🤠 In this class, we will focus on enhancing your styling techniques, allowing you to add individuality and sparkle to your dance. You will explore the expressive movements and rhythms that define Son Cubano, making your dance not just a routine, but a personal expression. Each session, we will develop a brief choreography that will be seamlessly integrated into partner work and final choreography. We are also excited to provide you the opportunity to showcase your stylish performance at our parties or other upcoming events, and also to shoot a nice movie at the end of the series as a nice souvenir (and to boost your social media status).😉 📅 Dates & Times: 10 weekly classes on Thursday evening From 08/05/25 till ?
