SON WEEKEND PROGRAM (6hrs of Training) Saturday 2 March: 13:00 - 16:00 Son Cubano Musicality & Partnering (Beginner/Intermediate) Sunday 3 March: 11:00 - 12:30 Son Cubano Partnering (Intermediate) 12:30 - 14:00 Son Guaguancó Partnering (Intermediate) Location: CanDanceStudios, Isolatorweg 28, Amsterdam [FREE parking]  Tickets: https://eventix.shop/2nqcgc7d What to expect: Saturday: * You'll learn how the Son was born in Cuba. * Musicality knowledge that will allow you to connect with the rhythm through any musical instrument used in Son bands. * We'll start from scratch, learning the basics and various essential figures of Son Cubano. * You will receive feedback during the class to improve your style and skills. Sunday: * Figures and combinations will have a higher degree of complexity than the previous day. * The tempo of the class will be higher than the previous day. * Partner work & techniques to perform male and female "Tornillos" * You will learn to mix Son with Rumba Guaguancó. * You will receive information on how this Son modality originated.
