We shape shift and choreograph ourselves and stop hearing our own true voice. However there comes a point where your soul wants to inhabit your body once again, so you can start living a soulful and connected life, rather than an “automated life” with acting roles in the driving seat. Old roles and disguises become increasingly burdensome. During Ecstatic Dancing, we learn to get in touch with our own song of the soul again, that authentic expression where we feel ourselves in the body & learn to hear our own soul voice. I call it free flow dancing to the song of your own soul, because it allows you to be exactly who you are in that moment in time. It’s an invitation to be raw & vulnerable, to be nobody other than yourself and to start hearing your inner self, going within. 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗮 After our Ecstatic Dance experience, reward yourself with a sound bath. Just like having a regular bath is rewarding, a sound bath is nurturing for your soul. It is time to relax with the sound of crystal bowls and other musical instruments that stimulate relaxation and inner harmony. 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 After a short break, Corina will lead you into an imagination exercise, guiding you gently into a beautiful, connected and open space where you can enjoy the free flow painting process that follows suit. 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹” 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 Use the paintbrush and your hands to express your own song of the soul through colours. Ceremonial cacao is sourced from the Criollo bean in Peru. It is a subtle yet potent medicine that helps us be more present in our bodies, feel our emotions more vividly and opens us up to a deeper connection with ourselves. Raw cacao contains feel good chemicals like Serotonin and Anandamide. As we enjoy the cacao, we will open the space to share experiences & feelings from the dancing & painting exercises.
