SOON! Kadu Intensive Weekend - Aachen - 1.-3. JULY

🔥We are very excited to have the one and only KADU PIRES for an intensive weekend here in Aachen!🔥 [German text, see below] During this weekend, we are very happy to offer two tracks of workshops with Kadu Pires - one for intermediate level and one for advanced level dancers. Each track contains 5 hours of workshops, limited to 15 couples, and the ticket provides access to the parties/socials on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In order to provide everyone the perfect learning atmosphere, we kindly ask you to choose the track corresponding to your level: 💥 Intermediate Level: Solid knowledge of typical Zouk patterns, ability to keep the rhythm, elementary knowledge of the 3 basic types of headmovements (Circular, Rotisserie Turn, Tilted Turns) 💥 Advanced Level: Advanced Zouk patterns and variations of typical Zouk patterns, ability to keep and to break the rhythm, ability to connect headmovements, headmovements while stepping ➡ Workshop Topics ⬅ 🔸 Improve your Connection: Within the intermediate classes, you will learn how to improve your connection. Connection is one of the keys to this "magic dance" feeling, we all search for in dancing. But it's not magic - there are techniques to learn and to internalize! 🔸 Playing with Speed and Dynamics (Basics): The second big topic for the intermediate workshops is a specialty of Kadu: Using speed and dynamics to create a more interesting and musical dance experience. 🔸 Dancing circular movements: For the advanced dancers Kadu chose to work on circular movements. Zouk is influenced by many styles and thus you can dance everything or nothing, but circular movements are very essential for the "Zouk feeling". You will learn how to feel comfortable in leading and following in this movements and make them special. 🔸 Playing with Speed and Dynamics (Improver): As second topic the advanced classes will also focus on playing with speed and dynamics, but on a higher level than in the intermediate. Jede Schiene besteht aus 5 Stunden intensiven Workshops mit maximal 30 Paaren. Die Workshoptickets beinhalten den Zutritt zu den Parties am Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag. Um allen Teilnehmern eine ideale Lernatmosphäre in den Workshops anzubieten, bitten wir euch, eure Ticktes entsprechend eurem Niveau auszuwählen: ⛄Mittelstufe: Gute Kenntnisse der typischen Zouk Pattern, Fähigkeit den Rhythmus durchgängig zu halten, Grundkenntnisse der 3 Grundarten von Headmovements (Circular, Rotisserie Turn, Tilted Turn) ⛄ Fortgeschritten: Kenntnis fortgeschrittener Zouk Patterns und Variationen der klassischen Patterns, Fähigkeit den Rhythmus zu halten und gezielt zu brechen, Fähigkeit die Headmovements zu verbinden.
