This week (9/7) Rael Noonan will be curating a 90ish minute playlist with live improvisational vocals and instrumentation throughout, bringing a unique experience for your dancing pleasure. It's a total vibe and it's all about love. YUH! 🙏💚💪 We invite you to drop into your body, the present moment, and with those around you for an evening of authentic physical movement & community building. Here we are creating a unique "ecstatic dance" experience renamed Soul Dance where we invite you to arrive as you are into a space where frolic and vocalizations are welcomed. In addition, feel free to bring your instruments that you find can/will harmonize with the experience. This is a place to come, experience and create. Partner dancing and/or contact improv is certainly welcome too, provided consent is given between any/all parties involved. Here we invite you to arrive as you are either in dance, stillness, contemplation or whatever way appeals to you. 09:45-10:15pm - Dance winds down to a close followed with sound healing and an optional closing circle for those who may feel compelled to share in their experience. 10:30pm - 11pm - Free to roam, snack, decompress, recharge, & connect with your fellow dancers.
