Soul Food - Where soul meets movement Performance Team 2026

SOUL FOOD Join us for Round 2 of Soul Food in 2026 — a powerful, immersive training experience for female dancers ready to elevate their artistry. Led by Madalyn, this term will take you on a journey through Salsa, Afro-Cuban body movement, and contemporary expression, drawing inspiration from Yemayá, flamenco, and mambo. This choreography is about more than just steps — it’s about finding yourself in the music and expressing beyond the movement. This team will be working towards performances at: • Latin Cabaret (October 3/4) • World Salsa Solo (December 10–13) WHO IT’S FOR Ladies only. Suitable for Upper Intermediate – Advanced dancers. Entry is by selection only. We welcome dancers from all backgrounds, however selection is at the sole discretion of Madalyn.
