This transformative day retreat will approach spontaneous movement through the feminine flow and masculine direction. This will allow us to rediscover our contact partner dances, and deepen our understanding of the creative forces that move us in unity. Teachers Guy Elhadad and Miwa Line Løtveit will guide through integrated somatic movement and contact dance. Get ready for a journey exploring layers of connecting to each other, somatic therapy dynamics and emotional release integrated in the dance. We will also guide you through basic positions for contact lifts before we move into the open jam. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐉𝐀𝐌 The jam will be a very special part of the evening. Together they will create live improvised music that will accompany and amplify the dances that will unfold. We are going to meet ourselves in the dance, release the stuckness in our body-mind centres, create new opportunities and ways to move that are more aligned to our highest potential.
