SoulZouk LIVE: Episode 6 - 2 x 30 minute classes with teacher's Maria Pantz & Holger Weber. **Event created to serve as a reminder for those in different time zones** This week we are changing things up and bringing you 2 x 30 minute classes of techniques that are fundamental to SoulZouk. So if you have never taken a SoulZouk class before and want to start, this is your chance! MARIA'S CLASS is on GROUNDING - a very important technique we teach and train in SoulZouk. Maria will be teaching how to work with your feet as your basis for balance and safe pelvic exercises. HOLGER'S CLASS is on BODY AWARENESS.
