Description: THE ART OF MAKING MAGIC The Sound & Silence Experience returns for a second year to Costa Rica, to deepen the magic we manifested there last March. S&S is about community, connection, creativity and the expression of art. It's about honoring nature, playing with the elements and offering our sacred gifts. It's a coming together of creative souls, ready to explore the edges of alchemy & artistry. "EVERYTHING DONE WITH LOVE, IS ART" We are all artists. Sometimes, we just need a little reminder, a large dose of inspiration and some very good role models to tease it out of us. We are born to create, to share our gifts with the world. At Sound & Silence, we gather with a small and intimate group of seekers to follow our transformational formula of MOVE ~ LISTEN ~ BE. Over the course of 7 days, we playfully experiment with life together, to open ourselves to a new way of living and being in this world. ART & INTIMACY IS OUR ALCHEMY At S&S, our program is designed to wake up the latent artist in each of us. Our journey is highly curated, with a carefully selected group of facilitators, musicians, dancers, visual artists, healers and space holders, ALL committed to join our journey from start to finish, to guide our every step toward transformation and artistic liberation. EVERYONE eats, sings, and sits in sweet silences together. We journey together as one. This is why we always say - "S&S looks like a festival, but feels much more like a retreat." Our journey is intimate; small enough to make sure all become and stay connected. No one gets lost in the S&S crowd. And yet it's also big enough to feel festive and exciting without ever becoming overwhelming. A SAFE PLACE FOR SENSITIVES S&S has been called a festival for empaths. Since the beginning, this gathering was designed by its founder Sarvaan (himself a "highly sensitive person") to be a safe haven for "HSP's". S&S is a refuge for individuals who want to experience the amazing artistry of the large festivals, yet without the huge crowds, loud sounds, excessive choices and general over-stimulation. At S&S we generally limit ticket sales to only 222 participants, and we only have one stage, going on this potent journey together as one unit(y).
