Join Mirjam and David at a newly remodeled Hermitage in the North West of Ibiza for a week of Sound & Silence Our vision for this week is to tap into the essence of this peaceful location and offer rest from the busy-ness of life, renewal of personal energies and reconnection to nature and our inner refuge. With a variety of experiences, this week will flow between sound and silence, movement and stillness as well as personal and group experiences. We will journey through movement practices, ecstatic dance, singing, yin yoga, meditation, silent days and space for self-care and reflection.
