==ОПИСАНИЕ НА РУССКОМ НИЖЕ== Dates of event 23 August - 5 September 2019 The third South Contact Camp is going to take part in the Ukrainian Carpathian mountains. This is the space of laboratories and studies of physicality, movement, dance and contact improvisation. Your dancing experience DOES NOT MATTER!! South Contact Camp is suitable for both experienced practitioners and beginners. ⚫️ EVENT FORMAT We will be living and researching together in the camp. As practice shows, this itself creates a powerful transforming field and the ground for various internal processes. We will learn to be more open to the world and truthful within ourselves. We will dive deeper into the body and mind through various breathwork and movement practices, bodyworks, spontaneous dances, and musical journeys. We will explore the movement and develop our solo and contact dance. We will dance a lot! We will share: feelings, movements, discoveries, experiences, inspirations. The powerful nature of the Carpathian mountains will support our process and give strength! The camp format also assumes the research interest and initiative of each participant. Usually, this space of Camp unify newbies, experienced dancers and teachers of contact improvisation and other physical practices together. We will have a unique space and time to learn something completely new, we will be able to explore movement and body in a laboratory format, experienced participants will be able to share their experience, and if you can’t do anything at all, you will definitely learn !! The appropriate environment will be held for this purpose. Also, we do not have a strict schedule grid - each Camp, as a living organism, develops according to its own unique laws, depending on the states of the participants, common processes, weather conditions etc… Therefore, the structure is creating on the way and we, ourselves, will be the creators of our life there. ⚫️ WHAT EXACTLY WILL BE THERE - contact improvisation laboratories - dance jams - morning awakening practices - authentic movement - performative practices - bodyworks and massage jams - space for interaction and communication in a warm and friendly atmosphere - alpha gravity - breathwork practices - ecstatic dance - Zen theater - video labs - sitting by the fire - forest walks - a real mountain sauna ... and most likely something else))) ⚫️ THE PLACE Somewhere between the peaks of the Carpathian Mountains, in the heart of ancient Hutsul traditions, between the wild forests lies the fabulous “Polonina” (“meadow” in Hutsul language). “Polonina”, where the mountain rivers begin, where the wonderful aromas of herbs and flowers hover in the air, where echoes of wild birds are heard through the mountain gorges ... We will spend an unforgettable time with our big contact family, among this amazing Carpathian nature! ⚫️ HOW TO GET INVOLVED Registration for the South Contact Camp will be opened on April 25, 2019. Follow our news;) The cost of participation in the camp with living in your tent - 12 euro per day (without meals) The cost of three meals a day is around 8 euros per day. ⚫️ DO YOU WANT TO BECOME a “Support Team” at South Contact Camp? Это пространство лабораторий и исследования телесности, танца и контактной импровизации. Ваш опыт в этом не имеет значения!! South Contact Camp подходит как для опытных практиков, так и для новичков. ◼️ ПРО ФОРМАТ Формат South Contact Camp ориентирован на совместное проживание на территории кэмпа. Как показывает практика, уже само это создает мощное трансформирующее поле и почву для различных внутренних процессов. Мы будем учится быть более открытыми миру и правдивыми с собой. Мы будем глубже погружаться в тело и сознание с помощью различных дыхательных и двигательных практик, бодиворков, спонтанных танцев, музыкальных путешествий. Мы будем исследовать движение и развивать свой сольный и контактный танец. Мы будем много танцевать. Мы будем делиться: чувствами, движениями, открытиями, опытом, вдохновением. Мощная природа карпатских гор будет поддерживать наш процесс и давать силу. Как правило, в кэмп приезжают как новички, так и опытные танцоры и учителя контактной импровизации и других телесных практик. Формат Кэмпа также предполагает исследовательский интерес и инициативность каждого из участников. У нас будет уникальное пространство и время для того чтобы научиться чему то совершенно новому, мы сможем исследовать движение и тело в формате лабораторий, опытные участники смогут делиться своим опытом, а если ты совсем ничего не умеешь - ты точно научишься!! Для этого будет создана правильная среда. Так же у нас нет жесткой сетки расписания - каждый Кэмп, как живой организм, развивается по своим уникальным законам, в зависимости от состояний участников, запускающихся процессов, погодных условий… Поэтому структура создается в процессе и мы сами будем творцами нашей жизни. ◼️ ЧТО ТОЧНО БУДЕТ - лаборатории по контактной импровизации - танцевальные джемы - утренние пробуждающие практики - аутентичное движение - перформативные практики - бодиворки и массажные джемы - пространство для взаимодействия и общения в теплой и дружеской атмосфере - альфа-гравити - дыхательные практики - ecstatic dance - дзен-театр - видео-лаборатории - посиделки у огня - прогулки по лесу - настоящая горная банька … и скорее всего что-то еще))) ◼️ ПРО МЕСТО Где-то между вершин Карпатских гор, в сердце Гуцульских традиций, меж диких лесов расположилась сказочная “Полонина”(“поляна” по-гуцульски). Полонина, где берут свое начало горные реки, где в воздухе витают дивные ароматы трав и цветов, где по горным ущельям разносится эхо диких птиц… Именно здесь, среди удивительной карпатской природы мы проведем незабываемое время нашей большой контактной семьей!
