South Street Salsa Performance Challenge

South Street Salsa Dance Company is sending out a call to all dance students with this performance challenge. This is the training intensive I will use to help my students reach the requisite level to perform in my dance company and I've decided to open up auditions to the general public. If you have previous experience dancing salsa and want to accelerate your development this is the perfect opportunity. This will be a 3-month commitment with performance dates set for the fall. If you don't want to perform or are afraid you won't make the team, we have a performance group A and a training group B that doesn't need to perform. We will meet every Monday from 8:30-10:30pm for rehearsals but will also have training days every Tuesday and Thursday. In addition to these recommended training days you will also have access to all our fundamentals classes, and mid-level 2 classes in salsa and bachata as part of your training immersion program for the three months. In total you will be able to train 14 hours a week if you desire. The team is $199 a month or free for current full members of the studio. Partial memberships will need to upgrade for the 3 months to participate in the program. There will be three dates you can audition: Main audition: Monday June 19th 8pm-10:30pm Tuesday June 20th 8pm-9:15pm Thursday June 22nd 8pm-9:15pm Feel free to come to any of these days to audition.
