Jody Byrd and his entire crew of Southwest Biscuit Company will again be here to rock your socks off with their special brand of Western Swing -- a style of music East Coast Swing and Balboa Dancers love! Southwest Biscuit Company is a raucous, infectious 6-piece band that serves up 40s and 50s Western Swing -- California style. These boys know how to entertain a crowd, and they bring the music that lovers of Western Swing want to hear . . . and dance to! And, they've got a brand-new fiddler player, TIM WEED! Bring your dance shoes, my friends, and saddle up to our bar for great cocktails and beer. We'll be teaching some basic EAST COAST SWING for you folks at 4:15, until the band starts at 5.
