Come to activate, express, and energize your soul body. 🙌🏼 Ecstatic Dance Guidelines 🙌🏼 * BE PRESENT (leave your phones & cameras off the dance floor) * EMBODIMENT (talk free zone) * CLEAR MIND (Sober & Substance free) * BE CONSENSUAL (make eye contact and CONFIRM a “YES”, respect others space, hands at heart or looking away means “NO THANK YOU” * GROUNDING (no street shoes, dance shoes are allowed) * SCENT FREE (no burning or strong perfumes/smells) * BE FREE.
