We'll begin by delving into the impulse from the floor and the work of the disassociation that make the ochos possible in order to develop smooth pivots and strengthen our stability and axis. We will also explore movements that come out of ochos such as giros and boleos! Technique will focus on ochos; will help both leaders and followers to improve technique, axis, and pivots.
