Spin Nights - Level 1.0

Do you want to learn to do one-legged spins? – Of course you do!✨ Here is your chance - join us for level 1 of spin training. It is not dance style specific but will be based on zouk technique. Whether you have tried to spin before or are a total beginner this is your chance to learn or enhance your spins. We will start from the basic foundations and really get that engrained in our bodies.💖 Open to all no matter the dance style you practice, since we only are working on spins🥳 Sign-up is open, there are limited spaces available so everyone can get the help and attention they need 🤩 Sign up on https://tilmeld.osaf.dk/ Prices: Members /non-members 140 kr / 180 kr The event will be prepaid to make the evening more time efficient.
