Come Play in the Unified Field :) After a 10 year hiatus from Santa Cruz, Spiral Kinesis returns to Ocean View Park. Spiral Kinesis is a movement system that came to me (Roë Rose) on Mt. Shasta in 2007. Over the years, my sharing of Spiral Kinesis has evolved to incorporate both Somatic Experiencing, Daoist Neigong and Contact Improvisation. Despite the Changes, Spiral Kinesis is still based on exploring the inherent sacred geometry within our bodies. We start with solo practices to regulate our nervous systems, strengthen our energetic sensitivity and deepen our self-relationship. We then move to dyad exercises before coming together as a whole to focalize, integrate and harvest the gems of our practice. $10.
