Spiral Kinesis comes to NYC!

I'm very excited to be preparing our bodies for ecstatic dance with Spiral Kinesis! Beginning with some Yoga Inspirale, we will create more space in our fascia, joints and hearts. Continuing on to sacred connection we will learn and practice Inspiraled Touch. Finally, we will join our hearts as one and create a cauldron of transformation through Spiral Ceremony. Releasing all that does not serve and calling in our Awakened Presence, we will dance together in the unified field.
