Spiraling from Nature to Dance studio through Ecological body WORKSHOP with JAVIER CURA in nature with CONTACT IMPRO TANGO AND much more INVITATION to an unforgettable experience, in the middle of nature of Český ráj Come and enjoy diving deep into an irreverent devotion towards dance, movement and life itself. In contact with Nature, we will experience our original animal movement diversity and flow. We will then translate this experience to a mix of dance and movement disciplines ranging from Contact Improvisation, Tango, Taichi, Play fight and free dance. This open combination, boundless of a given style, developed in a playful environment, offers the possibility to expand our creative expression, deepen the understanding of our being and our physical relation with society and Nature. This workshop is intended to everyone interested in movement creation as a path of knowledge, healing, communicating and enriching our life experience. Dinner: 20-22hr. After 22hr Sauna Break on demand (we decide the day) Thursday 9th: 10-13.00hrs lesson. Lunch and leisure break. Evening lesson: 16.30-19.30hr. after dinner from 21:00-23.00. dance & live music. Sauna Break or other: after 22:00hrs (?) or mutual massages Friday 10th & Saturday 11th: 10-13.00hrs lesson. Lunch and leisure break. Evening lesson: 16.30-19.30hr. after dinner from 21:00-23.00. dance & live music. Sauna Break or other: after 22:00hrs Sunday 12th: 10-12.30hrs lesson. Goodbye circle and Lunch Cost of the workshop/Kurzovné: Early bird 200€ /pro čechy - 4900.- Kč untill 5th April or afterwards 240€ /6100.- Kč. (Discount for students/unemployed/groups.) (Cost of Sauna consists of a humble contribution and it will depend on the amount of people actually using it. More info after subscription to workshop.) As there is limited number of space, to reserve and ensure Yourself a spot, please register and pay deposit of 2000.- Kč or 80€ . Food and suppers: 700.- Kč/person for basic grocery that we buy before arrival as there is no shop around/ with which we will than cook together lunches/dinners. As part of the workshop proposal we will organize ourselves to cook together in teams. Each one can additionally bring their own supply of food and we will share them. The house will provide basic things as oil, condiments, coffee, teas, etc. Other extra costs will be divided among those using it. Kids: we will organise a one hour contact impro play in nature with the kids in which any adult can participate. Besides, as long as kids are not drawing too much attention, they will be able to join part of the adults lessons. Lesson on Saturday from 16 to 17hrs. Accommodation /Sleeping Options: Sleeping rooms: There are rooms for 2 to 5 persons to sleep in. Bed - 300.- Kč/noc (there are 8 of those) Mattrace in the room/house 200.- Kč/noc Own caravan/150.- Kč/noc Car (please decrease those, due to limited space in the village) 150.- Kč/noc Tent – 100.- Kč/noc For rent at place: Private paradise caravan in glued to the ground in the backyard 1000.- Kč/noc – for couple – (only one available) Private mini caravan Roller 1974 renovated 500.-/night – for couple that can fit intimately - it is a small size Sheet and cover: You can bring your own sleeping bags, bed sheets or it is available on spot for 100.- Kč/a piece, (need to reserve in advance, limited number) Travelling ´Ecologicaleconomical´ suggestions/How to arrive and practical tips: We highly recommend co-creation & communication to choose the traveling method. Train from Germany: we can pick you up from metro station Černý Most in Prague or at Prague Main Staion and put u on board of some car. By bus: to Mladá Boleslav from Černý Most (by metro – end station) - goes every 30´min to MB By car: 65km north from Prague. (By train from Prague it is a very difficult – takes very long.)
