Spooky WCS Workshops w Chuck Brown

Come on down this Halloween weekend and join us for a some awesome workshops with Chief Judge Extraordinaire, and our very own Honorary Singaporean Champions Dancer - Chuck Brown! Chuck has a wealth of experience and accolades from teaching, judging and competing extensively in the WCS Circuit. He is best known for his passion for spreading the dance to budding new communities, and his warmth and interest in everyone of his students, all around the world. We have 3 exciting workshops with Chuck, so make sure you guys take advantage of him being here, and let's improve our WCS! Details: ---- Saturday, 31 Oct, 2.00-3.30pm: 'Let's Steal Some S^!+' This workshop is for the boys to learn the delicate art of STEALING. You will learn from Chuck & Zee how to read the flow of the dance and make safe, yet impressive steals which make your partner go 'Ooo' instead of 'Oww'! Difficulty: **** Price: $25 (Only boys pay, girls get in free, WE NEED YOU GIRLS!) Capacity: 20 pax ---- Saturday, 31 Oct, 3.30-5.00pm: 'Super-Girl Formula' This workshop is dedicated to the followers, and is designed to give you the tools that you need to become a super follower! Come and revamp your dancing, learn what you need to improve, and give yourselves (and your partners) a better dance! It's not just about the boys. Difficulty: ** Price: $25 (Only girls pay, boys get in free, WE NEED YOU FOR THIS, BOYS!) Capacity: 20 pax ---- Sunday, 1 Nov, 2.00-4.00pm: 'Competitive Spirit' A Workshop dedicated to competition! Contrary to popular belief, what you need for good competition dancing is EXACTLY what you need for good social dancing. Learn what makes you a better competitor from one of the most eagle-eyed Judges on the circuit.
