You can add the meals during the registration process at the special price of 20 euro each one. SINGLE REGISTRATION is possible but it is better in couple. If you are planning to travel with your partner, pay attention to fill the registration form mentioning your partner’s name. Both of you must fill the registration form and mention the partner's name. Within 15 days, accepted people will receive an Email including the payment details. Your entrance in the marathon will be guaranteed ONLY after the payment. You will receive the Final Confirmation Email, which is actually your pass! Couple registrations should pay both before receiving the “YOU ARE IN” email. ******************************************** ** REFUND POLICY ** No refund is possible. Only the meals can be refunded. Substitutions must be communicated and approved by the organizers. It’s a participant's responsibility to find a substitute and to get the money from him/her. ******************************************** ** ACCOMMODATION ** To book your room at the special price you will find instructions in the acceptance email. We recommend to book the hotel room as soon as possible AFTER the acceptance email. If you want to stay in a double room but you don't have a roommate specify in the reservation email that you want to stay in the room with another person.
