The Heart & Dance activation welcoming the Spring Equinox! Cacao Ceremony starts at 11am Indigenous Mayan people for more than 5,000 years have known cacao as a heart medicine. Today, Cacao Circles are rituals dedicated to personal renewal and expansion. Cacao is considered a “The food of the Gods” for its components and benefits, giving you the tools to find your inner healing and clarity. Our special Guests Nana Marina will guide us in an exploration of the heart to remind us of our connection to the ancestral roots and Mother Earth. The Dance starts at 1:45pm - 4:30pm Enjoy a safe and inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces to embody the messages of the heart for the new cycle . This dance is about self-expression, freeing your mind and body, and connecting with yourself - believing with all one with the universe. No booze, no shoes and no talking on the dance floor helps us keep it intentional.
