Spring Fling - Virtual Ecstatic Dance w DJ Tara-Ma

Its happening! A full Ecstatic Dance experience livestream via Zoom- hosted by Ecstatic Dance Providence and me- DJ Tara-Ma. To shake things up I am doing this on a Wednesday night. We will start with an opening circle meditation and warm up with Beth McCoy then move in to dance space with live DJ’d Ecstatic dance wave. We will end with a closing circle and lots of time to share. If you haven't tried this before and need help with Zoom please PM me. I've participated in several dances already and I can tell you it is SAVING me! I love seeing all the familiar faces and dancing bodies... I love feeling connected and still part of a beautiful community. I love that I am dancing EVERY day! I want to see our community...Ecstatic Dancers in Rhode Island and beyond.
