Springtime Sisters Ecstatic Dance!

Dear Sisters, Let’s come together to welcome in the first new moon of the spring season through movement and the magical energy of Sisterhood! After a dry, cold winter, it’s finally time to celebrate the beautiful changes that Spring inspires within all of us. Beginning with sharing our intentions for this budding season, our journey through the night will shake out the remains of winter and breathe new life into our beings. Jackie’s Contact Improv warmup will playfully guide us into the Ecstatic Dance, where we will embody our intentions through free-form movement. Sasha’s special closing ritual will serve to nourish and support us as we move forward into the new season. *This event is an invitation to all aunties, sisters, mothers, daughters, not only to cis-women, but ALL women.
