Do we feel the nature? Do we feel our own nature? This night Ishtadi, the founder of Nature Tales, invites us into Nature - our own nature. The two sessions are a wholesome flow, taking us from where we are, towards the most relaxed and comfortable state of being as possible. Starting with a bit of easy yoga movements, opening for the breath and blood circulation, we’re able to properly relax and sink into the moment. Lying on the bass floor, we effortlessly become absorbed in the now and we start listening, hearing ourselves. Ishtadi’s compositions derive from his recordings of nature and ancient instruments, playing with the sounds of our natural world, organic textures emerges bringing the listener into a free and undefined space, a place to be with ourselves allowing to feel ourselves. Since the age of 15 Ishtadi has been teaching hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama and yogic philosophy. While studying to become a monk in India, the Yoga of Sound became his tool to share the experiences of the inside. During the exhibition you are invited to experience three different modes: () 'Auto Journey' soothes you with ambient sounds or voice, guiding you into fully automatic multisensorial journeys created by Vesica artists. () 'Live Journey' are live-facilitated experience performed with the vibrancy and presence of the amazing Vesica artists to the limit of your own perceptions. This day we’ve invited Benjamin Hugo Lager. () 'Jam Lab' opens the space for the creative energy within anyone with the courage to explore their voice and the Vesica Dome's selection of peculiar instruments and controls. Together we take off into any place or feeling our curiosity can inspire us towards. The Vesica Project VESICA is a dream ship designed for exploration of the wondrous ocean of the calm inner space. The ship operates with a range of sensorial stimuli that open the mind of the adventurer to deep states of relaxation and creativity. Navigated by a brave and curious crew, VESICA utilizes a set of psychoacoustic, psycho-visual, haptic and olfactory effects in combination. For instance the 'bass floor massages all the nerves in your body with haptic vibrations resulting in deep bodily relaxation while your mind stays clear.
