Stuck On Salsa and the Capital Congress are doing the DMV Homecoming Jam with dancing, partying and general foolishness to celebrate DJ Renzo, Julissa Cruz, Ronald Rios and Shaka coming to roost in DC. Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Zouk is all welcome as we throw down in the style that defines the DMV!
