I then joined the Hofesh Shechter Company as an Apprentice for one year before joining the main company where I have remained for seven years. While dancing for Hofesh Shechter Company I have taught several local and international workshops, classes and assisted for Hofesh in his creation for the GöteburgOpera. I always found great inspiration from music and put importance on dynamic, flow and totality of the body. BALÁZS BUSA | INTERNAL FLIGHT Balázs Busa was born 1988 in Kiskunhalas, Hungary. Because music is very important to me I like to use it as a tool to inspire students to let go and find themselves in a different physicality connecting to groove. Class will consist of improvisation, set exercises, and a phrase. BALÁZS BUSA : Internal Flight During the first 45 minutes of the class I would like to introduce a Kundalani inspired warm up ( or preparation of the body for the upcoming movement exercises. ) 15 minutes shaking, 15 minutes free movement and 15 minutes meditation after that I would like to introduce a short accumulation sequent so we can move away from the free movement into a more structured phrases, and for the rest of the time, I will be teaching some of my phrases that will have a quite steady rhythm. So we can focus on the core of the phrase which is all the little details that I find important to execute in order to find the essence of the phrase, which you will translate to your own body the best possible way you can.
