The unfolding dance is a dialogue. How do we perceive our body while moving or being still? How are we in our bodies, in the space, on the floor, with a partner, in the touch and with the energies inside and around and being moved? In these classes we will fine tune to our bodies by listening to our perceptions of our inner and outer environment, working with images and following sensations. We will focus on the softness, articulation and openness between the bones of our feet and legs to find easiness in the joints, to be safe and ready for mobile landings. ZOLTAN VAKULYA: ASSISTED SOLO Surprise, 360 degree and isolation. We all have our ways how we like to dance and obviously we like to practice that. I would like to invite you now to let yourself be challenged by another way of moving in favour for the idea you follow otherwise while you dance. During the two hours class you will be always stay in touch with another body at least and have no breaks in the motion. By the support of each other, we will dance together, using ideas and scores on re-directing, pushing and supporting one and others motion. We will at the same time also focus on the sense of surprise and challenging of rotation and isolation of the body-parts. The aim of the workshop is not just the joyful dance with each other but the experience of it which you should try to transfer into your own solo dancing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BIOS ESZTER GAL // KONTAKT BUDAPEST Eszter Gál is a dancer, teacher, working at the University of Theater and Film Arts, leading the movement training program.
