Summer Colours: Ecstatic Dance & Sound Healing

Summer is blossoming, beings of light reunite & gather! Come dance freely with us in the beauty of nature at sunset. 🌅✨ DJ Meadowsweet will be our DJ providing a colourful music set to nourrish the soul and spark vibrancy. Rebecca White Raven will facilitate an integrative sound healing meditation experience to complete our process. Location: Britannia Beach, at the end of the grassy point behind the community center, near the breakwater stones. Not the main beach, but the little rocky beach further out to the west of the main beach. Schedule: 6:30-8:00 pm We will start with an opening ceremony, move in to dance 8:00-8:30 pm Sound Healing Savasana/Meditation Bring: Yoga mat, blanket & layers (tends to be chillier), water to drink, warm beverage if you desire. Contribution: $25 (recommended donation) IMPORTANT: Weather dependent event, please check this event page the day of the event to ensure it hasn't been postponed. <3 To co-create this safe container together & to deepen our embodiment experience, all dancers are welcome to show up sober. We also ask that photos and videos of dancers be taken outside of the dancing space and with consent. 🙏
