Summer Embrace Milonga-Tango Baires Warwick

Tango Baires Warwick is very excited to be hosting this special Summer Embrace milonga on the 29th of July 2023. We will start with a pre-milonga class run by Davide Baldanza & Cintia Morea. The class will be about exploring complex structures in the cross system. Our Dj for the evening will be Andrew Oldroyd who will play mainly traditional tango music and some tandas from currently trending orchestras in Argentina. 18:45-20:00 hs: pre-milonga class. 20:00- 23:30 hrs: Milonga Prices: Milonga £12 Class £12 Milonga+class £22 Discount available for students. Our amazing DJ Andrew Oldroyd will keep us dancing by playing the best traditional tango music from the Golden age. About our teachers: Davide Baldanza, a professional Argentine Tango dancer, who has run regular courses and topic oriented workshops and seminars in Milan, Naples, Sofia and Thessaloniki as well as performed on stage in a series of Tango shows. Davide is now resident in London where he holds his regular lessons and where he has created tango scenario workshops and the video clip Trasnochando, for the “El Cachivache” orchestra. Cintia Morea was born in Argentina and initially trained as a ballet dancer before falling in love with Tango. She was trained by renowned Tango instructors from Argentina while she perfected the dance. Since 2017 Cintia has taught at Warwick University and participates in multiple events in the Warwickshire area.
