Summer Solstice Fest 2022

Join us for the Heart Center's first annual Solstice Fest! We have a whole day of incredible events lined up to celebrate the longest day of the year with our beloved community. Warm up in the morning with yoga and drumming, open your mind and body with breathwork, eat some delicious catered vegetarian food, stretch and move with yoga in the park, drop into your heart space with a cacao ceremony, and dance the night away with music performances and ecstatic dance. Each day-pass comes with a wristband that allows you to come and go as you please. Bring a friend and welcome the summer season with open arms! 9am-10:15: Yinyasa with Faith Macauley 10:30am-12pm: Kundalini with Caleb Knox 1-2pm: Solstice Drum Circle and meditation with Owen Fitzpatrick 2:30-3:30pm: Breathwork and Sound bath with Mary-Ann Stancel 4-5:30pm: Yoga in the park (at Steve Cox) with Indigo Knight 5:45-6:45pm: Cacao ceremony with Alba Sari and Mary-Ann Stancel 7-8pm: Hip-hop show with Torin Frost 8:30-10:30pm: Ecstatic Dance with Taylor Hadden
