Corey Sheikh has been leading ecstatic dances, breath circles, sound journeys and Meditation sessions since 2012. He weaves all elements together in a unique experience called AwakenFlow, with ecstatic dance at the core, supported by the meditative self-inquiry process of connecting to breath, sound and self. He pulls on music that blends the worlds of the tribal drum with the cosmic melodies, often incorporating vocals or being supported by other vocalists to add to the harmonies. His intention is to blend the worlds of ecstatic dance, sound healing and traditional sat-sang as the entire space becomes a space for transformative healing, ceremony and celebration. He is a co-founder in Beyond the Peak, a conscious sales agency that is changing the way we do sales in the coaching industry David has a gift of speaking from Spirit and will be leading you to opening up and bring your gifts to the space! ------------ ⚡IMPORTANT INFORMATION⚡ PARKING We are a 30 minute drive from Ottawa and our space has limited parking.we will have a set up parking lot and it is strongly recommended to come in groups :) WATER Our dock has water access but we are surrounded by many beautiful lily pads so to enjoy it, we have a dock in the middle of the lake. You can buddy up on board or choose to swim through them. If you have children, please make sure they are water aware! Wear non toxic sunscreen if you are entering BUGS There will be bugs and we will have some management. We recommend also bring some natural repellent using lemon eucalyptus and citronella. If you must use DEET spray, please spray outside of the dance floor and away from others. HOUSE ACCESS Bathroom is indoors on the first floor and you are welcome in the space and please stay on the first floor 🙏 NOISE We are in a small community and we will be making lots of sound already but we ask that we keep the screaming and shouting to a minimum to respect our lovely neighbours FOOD Light snacks and water will be provided throughout the day and and we will have a potluck in the evening so please bring something to contribute with labels :)
