the Sunday 2nd wave is a community weekly ecstatic dance at the Austin Ecstatic Dance Center in south Austin ecstatic dance is a free form dance any way your body wants to move is right and all of you is welcome high intensity waves of music with calm beginnings and endings in the 5 rhythms style guidelines to create a safe and co creative experience respect & consent sober nonverbal no photos barefoot (with socks or dance shoes is great too) 1:00 45 minute warmup 1:45 opening circle 1:50 1 hour mainwave 2:50 closing circle $20 or $25 or $30 sliding scale work trade available park in the parking lot off of Allred Drive then take the sidewalk along the side of the building around to the front door and it's the first one on the right says AEDC on it
