Sunday Afternoon Bachata

An afternoon of Bachata learning and dancing with Julia and Steve from Sweet Salsa. Due to popular demand we are holding an afternoon class for those who want to learn or improve their Bachata dancing. The afternoon is aimed at those that have some experience of Salsa, Bachata or other dancing to both learn the basics and begin to move around the dance floor with a certain amount of flair and elegance. We start with a quick brush-up on the basic steps followed by improver level moves and techniques. The purpose being to dance bachata in a more fluid and confident way. Our aim is to increase the self-assurance of each of the students who attend so that they can take to the floor at future salsa parties with a new sense of confidence when they hear the distinctive Bachata sound. Remember ladies you can lead too don't just wait for a man to whisk you onto the dance floor. If you want to learn as a leader the please book your place as a leader. You will need to pre book and pay for you places as we always limit numbers for workshops to help us try to match up leaders and followers as best we can.
