SUNDAY ARGENTINE TANGO CLASSES + LA PRACTICA @ LA GENESIS!

Every Sunday Argentine Tango Classes @ La Génesis w/ Julian & Claudia Beginner's Level 4:30-5:30pm These classes are designed to introduce the fundamental techniques of all the various styles of Argentine Tango: 1) Basic daily drills for proper alignment & balance & the bio-mechanics of leading and/or following the building blocks (walking & ochos) 2) becoming sensitive to your partner's movements & the line of dance 3) Creating basic dance sequences to connect to the rhythm and phrase of Argentine Tango music. "Also recommended for the experienced dancers to continue to refine the fundamentals" Intermediate Level 5:30-6:30pm Daily drills & exercises to improve technique Traveling Turns (cadenas) & Turns w/ Displacements (sacadas) Incorporating musical dynamics to dance sequences La Practica 6:30-7:30pm Practice basic walking & ochos or explore to create new & innovative sequences to share with old & new friends...
