THE SCHEDULE: DOORS OPEN 12:00 The Temple in Nesvík CACAO CEREMONY & BREATH WORK // With Júlía & Arnór Sveins 12:30 - 14:00 ECSTATIC DANCE // DJ Eva Luna 14:00 - 16:00 SOUND JOURNEY // Júlía & Arnór Sveins 16:00 - 16:30 SAUNA & OCEAN // Hinrik 16:30 - 18:00 DELICIOUS FOOD & LANDING // 18:00 - 19:00 We will start this day together with a cup of magical ceremonial grade cacao from the jungles of Guatemala. Breathe life into our bodies with the guidance of Arnór Sveinsson. Then we will move into Ecstatic Dance with Dj Eva Luna & land in a beautiful live sound journey guided by Arnór & Júlía. After the Ecstatic Dance you can jump into the SAUNA that will be ready for you at the beach right in front of the ocean. Hinrik the sauna master will take you on a journey by embracing the hot & cold therapy. Then finally after the sauna there will be a nourishing delicious meal waiting for you. Soup, bread & hummus.
