You are also welcome to join anytime during the dance. 10am INTRO CLASS Meet other dancers and learn WHAT IS & HOW TO’S of Ecstatic Dance - On freeform movement principles, contact with the environment, self, and others - includes some Contact Improvisation instruction. Learn or ask about safe touch, getting a non-verbal “yes”, and any other questions are welcome! DANCE 10:30am Warmup music 10:55am Opening Circle 11:05am Dance Journey 12:45pm Closing Circle PARKING: Street parking is free, or Parking garage across Holman $SUGGESTED CONTRIBUTIONS: (4 ways) 1. GENERAL ADMISSION: $20 DROP-IN at the door 2. DISCOUNTS: 5 DANCE PASS - - - Adults: $80 ($16 per dance) - - - Student Id and Seniors: $55 ($11 per dance) - - - Children: $20 ($4 per dance) 3. ANGEL FUNds: PAY on your comfort level (sliding scale) and our Angel Fund covers the rest. If you would like to contribute to the dance of others, please donate to the Angel Fund! ♥ 4. (Please try this out first before bringing kids to make sure you approve) We ask that you keep a close watch on them at all times for everyone's safety. This is an opportunity to teach them how to be free and fun while dancing and respectful and quiet in the sacred circles we are creating together.
