You’ve heard of her, you’ve felt her spirit, you’ve seen her inspiring energy, and now she is here for you to in all ways possible. She’s Washington State born, and has been training in dance since she was less than 2 years old. She began her dance craft with the center stage of ballet and from there she developed into a versatile dancer with dance experiences in hip hop, dancehall, modern, jazz, contemporary, folk dance, east coast swing, and tap dancing. After a brief and motivating splash of experience in street dancing, she took it a step further to enhance her dance craft along with her sight and sound of Art. On her road to greatness, she discovered the life in latin dancing and the true art of African Infused dancing. Today, Bri Jones is well known as an international Latin Dance instructor with vast experience in Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba. Teaching constantly in several major world cities, she shares her life and love of dance through her vibrant smile, magnetic spirit, and her intensive knowledge in dance. Tina’s Bio: Growing up in two musical households, Tina fell in love with dance very quickly. She started at the age of 2 with ballet and tap, then moved on to jazz in later years. With her father being a ballroom dance entertainer, she was exposed to partner dancing early on. She started dancing ballroom at age 11, training specifically in mambo. Eventually Tina found herself in a Latin club and completely fell in love. She directed Alma Boston’s bachata team for 5 seasons, travels the country performing and teaching, and continues to train in all forms of dance including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, modern, Latin, and African dancing. As a queer female lead and follow, she has become a major advocate for individual empowerment and expression. Her goals are to give her students the technical foundation needed, so that they can explore their individual creativity. As a dancer she is known for her passion and energy as a performer, connection in social dancing, pushing the limits of Latin dance in her choreography, and always being a student. ** Big big thank you to Jeff Robinson for the space!
