Contact Improvisation and Contemporary Dance Improvisation by Ci-Cph Warmly welcome to spring SUNDAYS on Forsøgsstationen. Dear dancers, We will work on connecting to our own bodies and to each other. We will explore “circles” in the body and in movement, leading into an exploration of the rolling point of contact 😊 We will work in duets and trios - WELCOME 🎸 Live music, Hanne Siboni 🥑 After dancing, our Sunday dance family dinner, bring nice food to share (-: PROGRAM 15 class/warm-up, w Marie 16.30 open floor JAM 18ish slow down to closing circle + after dancing bodywork, lounge for socializing and sharing food !! ♥️ Kindly be on time, front door only open 14.50-15.05 and 16.30-16.40 Everyone ready to move and dance are welcome 🌿 PRACTICAL: Address is Sønder Boulevard 81, Vesterbro - use our changing rooms for changing + for shoes, coats, bags - free for members of Forsøgsstationen - general contribution 50-100 kr, cash or mobile pay #24339 The Dance - we love to begin together, tuning in and warming up, be ready at 3pm on the floor - later arrival, enter studio for jam at 4.30-4.40pm, kindly not before, not after - wear comfortable and clean clothes, long pants, long sleeves - knee pads recommended. - nice to bring additional dry clothes for warm down and bodywork Guidelines - kindly, our dance floor is talk-free, keep spoken conversation to a quiet minimum during dance sessions - kindly don't use your phone inside the dance studio Health - be considerate, stay at home if not feeling well - kindly, wash hands, be clean, before entering studio - kindly, avoid perfume, be careful w jewellery, belts etc NEW to contact improvisation?
