The music follows an arc: beginning in stillness, building to a thumping crescendo, then returning to spaciousness with a soothing sound bath. We invite you to move authentically, follow your body’s wisdom, and let go—whether that means leaping, rolling, twerking, twirling, or simply breathing into stillness.
