The music follows an arc: beginning in stillness, building to a thumping, heart opening crescendo, then returning to spaciousness with a soothing sound bath. We invite you to move authentically, follow your body’s wisdom, and let go—Whether you come to stretch, sweat, release, or simply feel good in your body, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
