Sunday Morning Zoom Dance

This is a dance from home zoom experience. Join Kelly Atkins in Ecstatic Dance via zoom. This is a mindful focused practice and a sacred space. Some join in for the exercise, the expression, as a spiritual experience, the play or to simply explore and see what it feels like....it is all held with respect and love. Join us thru zoom.
