It's with humble EXCITEMENT that we announce our official transition to ACRO ENSO! You’ve heard rumor on the streets...and we’ve been working hard to make it a reality!! For 3 YEARS, we have been on the search for a space BIG ENOUGH to house our Reno community, energy, and fire, and FINALLY we have found a space where we can GROW into our FULL CAPACITY! Please join is for an INCREDIBLE night with the one and only, DirtyHeaven!! Bringing the energetic fire from the Ecstatic Dance homeland of Hawaii! We've got 6,000 sq.ft of movement space...COME PLAY!!! <3 https://soundcloud.com/oliverbalint __________________________________________________________________ As always, the 2 hour Ecstatic Dance journey itself will start at 7pm, with an optional guided warmup class beforehand at 6pm. Although it is fine to come at any point throughout the event, we encourage you to join us for opening circle right at 7pm, as we connect and open up sacred space! Stay till the end for a live sound healing meditation and our closing circle from 9-10pm. 💙 Dress to sweat. Bring water and friend to enjoy this special night! Massage/energy work will be provided by Marina of SoulSpa, and our refreshment station will be rockin’ again with Heart Opening Cacao and Probiotic Tonic Elixirs! ________________________________________________________________ First time to Ecstatic Dance? Here's a little bit about what it is: Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering for people who love to dance and move! Join us and enjoy a safe and inspiring space to dance without talking, drinking, and the nightclub vibe. This is about self-expression, freeing your mind and body, and connecting with yourself and those around you. No booze, no shoes and no chit-chat on the dance floor helps us keep it intentional. Amazing music helps us keep it all about Dance. *if you’re a newbie, please arrive with enough time to get checked in and be ready to go at 7pm!* Guidelines: 1. No talking on the dance floor 2. Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment 3. No photos or videos, cellphones muted and out of sight 4. Care/Awareness for the space and each other 5. Move your body however you wish 6. You can dance alone, or with as many partners as (you) like to join. (If you’d rather not dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands in prayer position at your heart – Namaste.) What to Bring: 1. Loose-fitting clothes that let you move your body and feel comfortable! 2. Water and a water bottle. You can refill it at the venue. 3. $15 CASH for drop-in admission
