Sunday Rumba at 23 9 Park JUNE!

Hola this is the event invite for June's rumba in Saigon! Corona season is over, the borders are still closed, so let's rumba before the borders open and the second wave comes! [Tiếng Việt bên dưới] [En Español Abajo] Hello! 23/9 Boyz & Girlz is organizing a RUMBA at our park this Sunday! At 23/9 park, across the street from the Vien Dong Hotel, next to Palm Tree 176. ❤️ What is a RUMBA you ask? Afro-Cuban rumba originated in Cuba, but essentially it's a community PARTY! We are bringing this culture to life in the heart of Saigon, Vietnam! It's a party to celebrate resourcefulness, to give thanks to what we have, and to strengthen our bonds within our community. ❤️ What will happen at the Sunday rumba? We will gather at 23/9 park, across the street from the VIEN DONG hotel, next to palm tree 176, right where the pull up bars are. Live drumming and dancing to rumba! Please bring food, snacks, drinks to share. Drumming will start at 3pm, and will end at 6pm, or when people are ready to leave. We will also be dancing casino rueda! All drummers and dancers are welcome to join! ❤️ What should I bring to the rumba? - Any instrument! We have buckets, drum sticks, make-shift shekeres, maracas, cowbell, and various skin drums. All instruments are welcome, including harmonicas, ukeleles, even pots and spoons! - Bring any kind of food, drink, snacks, beer, rum, edible and smokable salads to share! - Bring a towel, because you'll be sweating from the dancing! - Bring a fan to cool yourself off! ❤️ What if I don't know how to play or dance to rumba? That's OK! Estamos trayendo esta cultura a la vida en el corazón de Saigón, Vietnam!
