Sunday swing dances at the Atascadero Ag Hall! This is an every Sunday event and the group is building fast. This Sunday June 12, is supposed to be cooler weather, plus we installed a 3rd swamp cooler for the dance floor, it has made a huge difference in the temperature. The environment will be comfortably cool so your dancing can be hot.😁🕺🏻🔥Doors open at 5:30. Beginner and beyond east coast swing lesson by Wayne is 5:45-6:30. 15 minute break, (ECS music) 6:45-7:30 Angela will be teaching a beginner-friendly west coast swing lesson. If your a beginning dancer or an experienced dancer Angela will improve your dancing. West Coast Swing can be danced to many different musical genres from country, pop, hip-hop, top-40, R&B, blues, and the list goes on. Following the dance lessons there will be social dancing until at least 10:30pm (keep the dance floor moving and we’ll keep playing tunes!). If you are new to dancing, please stay and practice with us! Not only is it a lot of fun and great exercise, it is also the time to help practice those moves you learned in the lessons. I promise— every single one us started as a beginner, and we enjoy seeing our dance community build and grow. Location: Atascadero Agricultural hall/ Grange #563 located at 5035 Palma Avenue. Bring a snack, salad, appetizer, entree or drink to share. We enjoy staying late and socializing, dancing makes a person hungry and thirsty 😁🍺🍷. Cover is $10. Come early, come on time, come late, just come and join us.
